The main objective of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is to support daily operations of the restaurant, bar, along with catering & events to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage execution. This role assists with scheduling, training and mentoring associates, supporting service standards, overseeing sanitation and compliance, developing guest relationships, and promoting departmental communication while upholding brand and ownership standards. Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality, as well as utilize excellent time management and communication skills.
