About The Position
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar operations for dining room, in-room dining, and patio bar. This position may manage recruiting, training, and service standards for the Front of House staff and be assigned specialized tasks by the Director of Food & Beverage.
