Requirements
- 2+ years upscale dining experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)
- Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits
Responsibilities
- Assist the general manager of the restaurant with food and beverage operations with a focus on Terra and Terra Bar operations.
- Takes a hands-on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards.
- Strong ability to be visible during events providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests.
- Monitor and assess products and services and keep up and ahead of event trends and ideas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members.
- If needed, this individual will help in the rest of F&B resort outlets and/or will be eligible to go for task-force to help other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
