Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members.
• Provide performance feedback and corrective action when required, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience.
• Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting.
• Maintain the implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully.
