About The Position

At Kid City CDC, it is our mission to provide the best possible care for your children in their early years, giving them a head start both cognitively and socially. Our experienced staff works incredibly well with kids and understands their needs, how to recognize them, and how to handle them. Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: At least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified
• Background Check: Must pass
• Availability: Able to work a rotating shift between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Manage daily classroom activities and shape a strong learning foundation
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Maintain a clean, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
