The Assistant Flight Operations Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Lewis University fleet, during the night and weekend operations. This position is also responsible for maintaining the operational tempo of the departments fleet, will oversee the fleet scheduling, aircraft fueling, tracking fuel purchasing, payroll of the CFI's, record keeping of TSA currency, assist in student body registration, and overseeing the dispatchers. The assistant flight operations manager will coordinate with the Executive Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Assistant Pilots, Safety Coordinator, Training Coordinator and the Director of Aviation Services. The Assistant Flight Operations manager will report to the Flight Operations Manager, and Executive Director of Flight Operations.
