The Assistant Fitness Director will play a role in overseeing and supporting the team of Personal Trainers, Front Desk Staff, and Group Fitness Instructors, ensuring efficient communication across teams regarding facility operations and services, intake management of all customer service inquiries, scheduling and coverage needs, and team updates regarding responsibilities and expectations. The Assistant Fitness Director is responsible for maintaining daily facility operations across the Cross Creek Fitness Center locations, overseeing fitness equipment repairs, communication between vendors and clients, and month to month reports regarding utilization and fitness services. This role includes customer service, facility/team management, organizational skills, and the ability to assist in administrative tasks as needed. The Assistant Fitness Director works closely with the Fitness Director on all responsibilities outlined below.
