What We’re Searching For The Municipal Association of South Carolina is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Financial Manager for Risk Management Services (RMS). This position supports the Financial Manager for RMS in managing the fiscal operations of multiple self-funded insurance programs and a GASB-compliant trust and plays a key role in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and audit support.
