The Assistant Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting leadership with meaningful financial insights. This position requires a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance day-to-day accounting responsibilities with forward-looking analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with financial reporting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

CPA or MBA preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
Support management with ad hoc reporting and variance analysis
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
Develop and maintain financial systems, controls, and procedures
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
Prepare and assist in managing budgets and forecasts
Develop cash flow projections and monitor working capital
Analyze trends and provide recommendations to leadership
Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation
Support external auditors during audit cycles
Ensure proper documentation and financial record retention
Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to provide financial analysis
Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and reporting
