As the Assistant Finance Director, you will: + Assist in developing, implementing, and managing budgetary practices + Assist the Director in managing the Financial, Facilities, and Information Technology Departments, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and licensing requirements + Prepare, monitor, and implement the Center's annual operating and capital plans + Provides support to Center staff regarding financial operations and reporting + Collaborate with the Director and other team members to meet project goals within quality and cost-effectiveness standards + Demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and ability to implement proactive measures to identify and manage financial risks that potentially could impact the Center's budget
