About The Position
The Assistant Fashion Designer LulexticR and LillyLoungeTM is responsible for creating original designs of Lilly Pulitzer merchandise and assisting with all stages of design development. The objectives and product strategies are to develop innovative designs that delight the customer, have high retail sell through and contribute to the profitable growth of the company. The company’s brand position is Lilly’s Resort Chic. A primary measure of doing this well is a meaningful increase in full price net sales. The position is responsible primarily to assist with silhouette and artwork development, maintaining styles in the system, organization, communication, design boards, fashion illustrations, and material preparation for SMS meetings.
