About The Position
The Assistant Farm Manager at Hormel Foods is responsible for maximizing Grow Out Farm productivity and profit by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities in assigned Brood or Grow Facility that meet and/or exceed customer specifications. This role involves assisting the Farm Manager in documenting plans and programs, promoting positive employee morale, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Farm Manager will also be involved in training, maintaining product quality, and promoting safety within the farm environment.
