About The Position
Kearney & Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in Alexandria, Va to join our security team within a private sector defense classified contracting environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) compliance, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), the Security Executive Agent Directive 3/4 (SEAD 3/4), and security clearance processes through systems such as the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). Reporting directly to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), the AFSO will support all aspects of security compliance and operations to ensure adherence to federal regulations and maintain a secure facility.
