About The Position

All Native Group is seekin an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO). The AFSO will be the main individual responsible for administrative security duties. This individual will take their direction from the FSO. They will be responsible for the following actions: Update and maintain data and documents in Security Control/DISS. Initiate initial clearances. Monitor Continuous Vetting dates and initiate EAPP as required. Review security paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Submit visit requests. In/Out process employees. Process DISS notifications. Process and submit CAC card requests. Process and submit SCI nominations. Administer and track Initial/Annual/Insider Threat/SF312 briefings. Administer Foreign Travel briefings/debriefings. Submit CSRs in DISS. Assist the FSO with self-inspections. Assist the FSO with DCSA assessment preparation. Assist the FSO with security education. Other duties as assigned by the FSO and ITPSO. Essential Functions Must possess good organizational skills, accuracy, communications, and interpersonal skills and be detail oriented. Must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments concurrently. Must be highly flexible and motivated. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Communicating with persons outside organization Communicating with supervisor, peers, and subordinates Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships Work as a team member Dependable self-starter Experience with Microsoft Office software applications Experience utilizing DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NISS May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Requirements

  • Must have completed FSO certification training.
  • US. Citizenship
  • Must possess an active Secret and be able to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with or have worked as one or more of the following: Facility Security Officer, Assistant FSO, Government Security Specialist or Industrial Security Program Specialist, CSSP, SSR.
  • Minimum two-year technical degree and two or more years work related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
