About The Position

The Assistant Facility Manager works closely with the Facility Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the facility. You'll serve as a key liaison between property management, security, tenants, and visitors while helping to resolve employee, client, and customer issues as they arise. This role demands someone who can balance the big picture with the fine details — from financial reporting to team development to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least one year of management experience in a service-related industry, with demonstrated responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and financial management
  • Ability to anticipate challenges before they arise

  • Prior experience managing multiple direct reports or large valet operations with high vehicle flow

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing market rate structures
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports
  • Complete daily collections reports and ticket summaries reconciled with bank deposits
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and monitor cash receipts
  • Process invoices
  • Enroll and manage monthly contract partners including account management, invoicing, payment collection, and GL posting
  • Ensure that all parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed
  • Participate in audits as needed
  • Monitor and review damage claims
  • Implement corrective plans to improve operational safety
  • Uphold full compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies
  • Lead, direct, and develop your team to meet annual and periodic goals
  • Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping in collaboration with HR and the payroll department
  • Ensure wage and hour compliance across the board
  • Work to maximize revenue, manage expenses, and elevate customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest service standards aligned with client expectations
  • Monitor facility cleanliness and recommend aesthetic improvements
  • Ensure full delivery of all contractual obligations between Legacy Parking and its clients
