In our clean and conveniently located facilities, we offer a full range of automotive repair and maintenance services to AAA members and non-members. Every AAA Car Care facility is staffed with ASE-certified technicians who ensure that every car is treated with the utmost care. The Assistant Facility Manager works in unison with the Facility Manager to lead and manage overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the Car Care location. This includes payroll, expense control, and shop efficiencies. The role involves providing leadership, coaching, and direction to employees while driving facility performance and customer satisfaction to the highest level.
