About The Position
The Assistant Facility Manager role at Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) involves providing leadership, oversight, and guidance to successfully execute the performance work statement for installation, modification, and repairs of various systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and building control systems. This position requires managing manpower, systems, processes, and procedural resources to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the performance work statement. The Assistant Facility Manager acts as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for mechanical and controls-related systems.
