Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
Three to five years' experience in building maintenance with certification
Must be capable of understanding documents and information, including schematics, blueprints, building codes.
Must be able to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, communicate issues to the (VP), and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

Provides a safe and hazard-free environment.
Assist, develop and administer maintenance and cleaning processes.
Assist and inspect work performed and resolve deficiencies as needed.
Communicates issues regarding work quality to the Group VP, Buildings and Properties.
Assist in emergency responses to all building emergencies.
