About The Position
The Assistant Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives. This role involves managing contracts, supervising maintenance programs, responding to tenant requests, ensuring documentation is completed accurately, preparing budgets and financial reports, and hiring and training facility personnel.
