Assistant Facilities Manager – JLL What this job involves: As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, you will maintain client satisfaction through the delivery of comprehensive facility management services and support programs while ensuring compliance with JLL's minimum audit and operational standards. This role requires you to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while implementing safety practices and demonstrating strong collaboration within the account team. You'll support various administrative functions including work order management and facility soft services while driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations that reflect JLL's commitment to operational excellence.
