What this job involves: The Assistant Facilities Manager position serves as a critical systems administrator and operational coordinator for our distributed retail portfolio, ensuring seamless maintenance management and exceptional client service delivery. This role combines technical expertise in CMMS administration with hands-on facilities management, working remotely while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with maintenance technicians and third-party providers. You'll be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of our maintenance management systems while driving continuous improvement in service delivery, KPI achievement, and customer satisfaction across multiple retail locations.
