What this job involves: This on-site role supports the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services including customer service, financial management, facility maintenance, and supplier management for assigned properties. The position focuses on maintaining client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety requirements across multiple facilities in Texas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant
  • Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems)
  • Must be located in San Antonio, Austin, or Houston, TX

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client satisfaction through delivery of facility management services and support programs
  • Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility and financial management
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly and develop corrective action plans for potential challenges
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational objectives
  • Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
  • Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, and parking coordination
  • Enforce company policies and training requirements for safe and efficient operations
  • Manage badging, vending services, and other administrative facility functions as directed
