About The Position

As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will partner closely with the Director to lead daily operations across all dining outlets, bar service, and private events. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting the team, connecting with members, and ensuring every detail reflects the high standards of the club.

Requirements

  • A strong hospitality background with 3–5+ years in Food & Beverage leadership
  • Someone who is equally comfortable managing details behind the scenes and leading on the floor

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of club operations

Responsibilities

  • Help lead all front-of-house Food & Beverage operations, from a la carte dining to member events and special functions
  • Be a hands-on leader—present, engaged, and leading by example during service
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a team focused on delivering warm, anticipatory service
  • Ensure consistency in service standards, presentation, and overall member experience
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and day-to-day operational flow
  • Support beverage programming, including wine, cocktails, and seasonal features
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to execute seamless and memorable dining experiences
  • Step in to resolve member concerns with professionalism, care, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Play a key role in executing club events, tournaments, and private gatherings
