Position Summary The Assistant Executive Steward for the Banquet Kitchen plays a critical leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency across all banquet culinary and stewarding areas. This position supports large-scale banquet and catering operations by ensuring proper sanitation, equipment readiness, and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment. This leader works closely with the Executive Steward, Banquet Chef, and Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes.
