Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all stewarding operations including inventory management and sanitation standards.
• Implement and ensure compliance with sanitation standards and procedures.
• Ensure food service equipment is secure, maintained, and functional.
• Maintain inventory control and daily coordination of china, glassware, linen, and silver.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, and evaluations.
