The Assistant Executive Housekeeper plays a key role in overseeing our housekeeping operations, including public areas and night cleaning. In this position, you'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across the resort. A strong understanding of housekeeping operations, including laundry supply management and par levels, is essential. Experience with turndown service, VIP guest preferences, and accommodating high-profile clientele such as foreign dignitaries is a plus. The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $75,000. This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Resort and Villas reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Key responsibilities include supporting staff training, development, and scheduling, while also upholding the highest standards of safety and security. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper helps create an atmosphere of excellence and satisfaction for both our guests and associates. This role reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and requires strong attention to detail along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader.
  • Effective communicator and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
