Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to staff members.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned to the highest standards, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols that adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to foster professional development and improve team performance.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
