The Assistant Executive Director works in tandem with the Executive Director to oversee all operations of the Assisted Living and/or Residential Care Facility. This is a multifaceted role that requires a high level of engagement with residents, employees, senior management, and the community. This role is the main source of support for the Executive Director and requires organization, motivation, and determination to get the job done. The Assistant and the ED will work together to balance each other’s strengths and weaknesses to find great stability for their team.
