Requirements
- Healthcare leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and regulatory compliance

- Assist with budgeting, planning, and quality initiatives
