The Assistant Event Manager provides functional and administrative support to the Banquets & Catering Department, assisting the Event Manager with creating a high performance department focused on producing successful events that exceed client expectations. The Assistant Event Manager ensures that the plans and vision for each event as planned by the Event Manager are accurately and aesthetically executed. The position leads the Event Captain and team in all aspects of execution and provides support to the Event Manager by maintaining the event spaces and collateral materials. The Assistant Event Manager works with the Event Manager to detail some small events and provides administrative support for all events.
