A snapshot of what you'll do: Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child within the learning center Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to promote a positive and cohesive team environment Screen and assess children to determine developmental and educational needs

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field with coursework (preferred, not required)
A Florida Staff Credential (one of the following): ----Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC), ----Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC), ----National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC), or ----Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification

Nice To Haves
