Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a student services related setting.
• Valid Texas Driver License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Information Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing student applications for admissions and registration.
• Provide general information to students, faculty, staff, and the community over the phone and in person.
• Inform students about the enrollment process, including application, testing, financial aid, advising, registration, and orientation.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new students.
• Collect and log enrollment information into the student system and scan necessary documents.
• Screen students for onboarding and ensure compliance with the Texas Success Initiative (TSI).
• Consult with the Enrollment Associate/Officer on items requiring professional judgment.
• Enter and verify scoring assessments such as TSI status, ACT, SAT, etc.
• Troubleshoot and monitor the Electronic Lab as needed.
• Assist with recruitment and retention activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties and tasks as required.
