About The Position

Our newly renovated hotel features 256 guestrooms including 50 spacious studio suites. With more than 31,000 square feet of revitalized meeting and banquet space, the hotel provides premier meeting experience in the Tri-State area.

Requirements

• Must have open availability (weekends and holidays included)
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day working order operations and showcasing great leadership skills.
• Monitoring and coordinating workload and team balance.
• Managing HotSOS reporting, operational updates, and uploading sustainable reports.
• Conducting regular site walks and overseeing daily/nightly tasks of showing and reporting.
• Conducting incident reports for health, safety, and security.
• Following up on repairs and maintenance work orders.
• Ensuring and reporting effective energy conservation measures in all areas of operations.
• Ensure that fire, life, and safety systems are operational and perform related emergency procedures.
