About The Position

The Assistant Elementary School Principal will play a vital role in supporting the educational mission of the Allen County School District, which believes that 'Better Schools Build Better Communities.' This position is focused on providing students with the academic and life skills necessary to succeed in the 21st Century. The role involves overseeing various educational programs and initiatives aimed at meeting the diverse needs of students, including vocational/technical education, gifted and talented programs, early childhood education, and alternative education. The Assistant Principal will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community to enhance the learning environment and ensure that all students have access to quality education.

Requirements

• Valid Kentucky certification for Principal or Assistant Principal.
• Experience in educational leadership or administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the school and support the Principal in daily operations.
