This position will support the Dean, Coordinator of Field Placements and Partnerships, and faculty in the School of Education with office management and School projects. Essential Functions Provide support for office management of the Dean’s Office (including copying/scanning, inventory, organizing, and updating files) Provide support to the Academic Program Coordinators in their respective departments with digital data management, file organization, and campus deliveries Provide support for School of Education events, including but not limited to event set up/break down, designing event flyers, preparing materials, and booking event spaces Provide support for School of Education Portal and Social Media pages by collaborating with the Marketing and Digital Communications team to upload posts in agreement with Stevenson University standards
