About The Position

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for culinary arts.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Working knowledge of safe food handling practices; SERV-SAFE certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bread shaping and quick breads.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders in a timely manner following set recipes and procedures.
• Perform a variety of baking duties including preparation of breads, rolls, and laminated doughs.
• Ensure compliance with recipes to provide consistent menu items.
• Clean and maintain work area throughout the shift.
• Meet hygiene and food safety standards in all stages of food preparation.
• Maintain and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
• Prepare adequate quantities of products based on business volume.
• Test products for quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
• Report safety hazards and employee accidents to the manager on duty.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
