Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with a strong focus on Admissions to join our exceptional leadership team. As the ADON / Admissions Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless resident admissions and supporting high-quality care delivery: Lead and support the admissions process, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and families. Partner closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, organize, and direct nursing operations. Conduct rounds to assess care delivery, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Mentor and guide team members, promoting both professional and personal growth. Support administrative functions to keep the department running efficiently. Participate in an on-call leadership rotation as part of the management team. Requirements

• Active RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
• A passion for leadership and making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
