About The Position

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will partner with the District Manager in all aspects of the business to meet key performance metrics including recruiting new agents, training, driving sales and performing supervisory tasks for an agency. We are looking for a results-oriented individual to utilize our overall recruiting process to identify and recruit qualified new agents to increase the FBFS Agency sales force and maximize Property/Casualty and Life sales. Requirements

  • College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years’ relevant experience required
  • Licensed in all product lines preferred
  • FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three months)
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred
  • College degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
