POSITION SUMMARY: Tommy Humphries is the District Attorney for DA District 4, which includes Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant and Kingfisher Counties. JOB DESCRIPTION: DA Humphries seeks an attorney who will be responsible for providing civil advice and representation to the counties in District 4. Position will require attendance at public meetings and travel. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Possess excellent oral advocacy, legal analysis and legal writing and editing skills. Display strong organizational, interpersonal communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
