Headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, Dexter has manufacturing and distribution locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Employing state-of-the-art robotics, precision welding equipment, and automated machining processes, Dexter has achieved many years of success through a commitment to the principles of superior quality, continuous improvement, and unparalleled customer service. In this role, you will be leading the inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor others so that everyone is valued and contributes to the success of the branch. You will coordinate and guide the team to ensure efficient and economical accomplishment of Dexter's mission and goals. In addition, you will prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure that products are ready and available when our customers need them, making Dexter the company of choice. You will report to the Branch Manager and will be the acting Branch Manager when they are out.

  • Lead the inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch.
  • Develop and mentor team members to contribute to the success of the branch.

  • Act as the Branch Manager in their absence.
  • Associate degree with at least 4 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
