Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations in managing overall facility efficiency including: safety, productivity, operating expense, LPH, quality and resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
• Allocates and manages operation's resources/roles based on operations and budgetary targets and customer expectations.
• Interacts with other functions to resolve customer issues and ensure profitability.
• Drives positive associate relations built on the Associate Relations Pinnacle model through utilization of established planning and communication models.
• Supports and drives leader development plans.
• Drives a high-performance organization through contributing to region strategic direction through tactical implementation of key projects and initiatives in the facility.
• Aligns the culture of the facility to the overall company strategy and structure.
• Supports local projects/teams and makes fact-based decisions.
• Understands and demonstrates Essendant's Core Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
