East Side House (ESH) is a community resource in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. ESH’s Older Adult Programs aligns with our mission by providing high quality programs and services within community centers and school partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Melrose Older Adult Center, the Assistant Director will direct the day-to-day operation of the Melrose and Patterson Older Adults programs and reports to East Side House and the funder, the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA). The Assistant Director is responsible for fiscal management, supervision and staff development, and recordkeeping. As a member of the Older Adult team, the Assistant Director collaborates with the Director and Program Coordinator of Patterson Older Adult Center for planning and provision of services in the older adult centers.
