About The Position

We are looking for an awesome leader who can take initiative, has attention to detail, and is all around a team player. The ideal candidate has experience with The Creative Curriculum. They have a teaching spirit and the ability to support our teaching teams when needed. To be a leader at The Breakie Bunch, a person needs to have a good understanding of how important team dynamics are. A great team has a variety of people who have different strengths and perspectives that come together to achieve a common goal. We offer grace for each other and hold each other accountable. This position can be full or part-time with time spent in the classrooms and in the office. Ideally this person would be promoted to director within the year.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Being a support to the teachers with a positive attitude
Create a monthly newsletter
Create a monthly calendar with activities
Pass out Scholastic flyers each month, place the order and disperse books when they arrive
Enjoy and complete ongoing training for self growth
Enter new family information in all systems
Oversee all schedule changes made after the schedule has gone out
Keep enrollment forms stocked
Keep track of all physical and immunization upkeep
Keep record of child schedule changes
File all paperwork
Update staff and family contact information as needed
Meet State licensing requirements for a director or working toward it
