Responsibilities

Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
Oversees the labor and schedule for the week
Establish and post daily sales goals to the team
Tracks and charts sales, labor and productivity of each day-part daily
Promotes unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision, weekly events, key elements of business plan, etc.
Maintains healthy relationships with all levels of leadership
Prepares leaders to speak intelligently about processes, marketing of specials, and the business.
Meets weekly with Director team as a strategic partner.
Drives continuous improvement
Create sales goals and up sell goals
