About The Position

Ohel seeks a dynamic and innovative leader with proven success in program management to serve as Assistant Director of its Adult Mental Health Services. This leader will be responsible for both existing as well as development of new services. Responsibilities include supervision of clinical, managerial and direct support professional staff, regulatory compliance, budget preparation and oversight and clinical interaction with families and individuals. Successful candidate will have significant managerial and supervisory experience within the field of mental health or a related field, the ability to work both independently and as part of a group, experience in building and maintaining relationships on multi levels, excellent organizational skills, superb verbal and written communication skills, a dedicated work ethic and excellent computer skills. Bachelors Degree required, Masters degree in social work or related degree strongly preferred. This full time position is based in Brooklyn with on call responsibility. Salary: $110,000-$135,000
