About The Position
This is a grant funded position. The grant will run through August 31, 2027. At that time, the grant may be refunded. This position reports to the West River Area Health Education Center Director. The Assistant Director is responsible for developing and implementing high quality healthcare career education programming and working closely with the WR AHEC Director to assist in the implementation of strategic plans to meet the WR AHEC Mission, Vision, and Values. This employee will monitor the status of projects in a fiscally responsible manner to meet specific grant and programmatic requirements while ensuring all federal, state, and local laws are observed.
