About The Position

The position involves assisting the Program Director with the day-to-day operation as well as program planning and development of a residential, therapeutic program for severely mentally ill and homeless adults. The role includes supervising Clinical and Operations staff and overseeing related departments. Responsibilities also include co-facilitating staff meetings, assisting with program reporting, providing crisis intervention with clients, and offering emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Additional related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three years managerial experience in a shelter system setting required.
  • Experience with severely and persistently mentally ill individuals.
  • Experience with MICA/homeless population is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office, Word, and Excel programs.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's in Social Work preferred.
  • Vaccination preferred but not required.
