The Assistant Director, McDonough Career Center (Undergraduate), will play a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Dean in providing comprehensive career development services to 1,381 undergraduate students at Georgetown University. This position involves supervising key career programs, such as the Women in Business Program, Treks, and Fridays in the Field, and overseeing the McDonough Peer Career Advisor students. The Assistant Director will have the unique opportunity to create career development initiatives, write proposals, and track program outcomes and statistics. Team/Department Overview: The McDonough Career Center is a highly specialized team dedicated to supporting the career aspirations of students and alumni across McDonough's academic programs. They provide career services and support for job/internship searches.
