About The Position
The Assistant Director for Transfer Transition & Engagement will provide leadership for the execution and coordination of initiatives to support the transition, engagement, persistence, and graduation of transfer students to successfully integrate them into the UNCP community. This position is part of a new unit under the University College that focuses on supporting the integration of transfer students into the UNCP community, aiming to increase retention, progression, completion, and time-to-degree for UNCP transfer students.
