This position plays a crucial role in meeting hiring goals, enhancing recruitment processes, and implementing initiatives that position NYSTRS as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Director will manage a team of recruiters and ensure a high-performing culture within the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment team.
